Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

 Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.

 Coordinate appointments and meeting schedule with clients

 Organization of the front desk and reception area.

 Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation support for administrative or HR teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 Graduate

 Minimum 6 months experience as a receptionist or front office representative,

preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or manufacturing sectors.

 Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Professional appearance and customer service attitude.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
