We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this vital front desk role, you will provide a warm welcome to clients, guests, and employees while managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, with all necessary materials (e.g. brochures, forms).
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate with relevant departments.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g. data entry, document preparation).
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
Coordinate courier services and handle outgoing mail.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
