Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this vital front desk role, you will provide a warm welcome to clients, guests, and employees while managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and multitasking skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, with all necessary materials (e.g. brochures, forms).

  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate with relevant departments.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g. data entry, document preparation).

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.

  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.

  • Coordinate courier services and handle outgoing mail.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

    • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.

    • Professional appearance and attitude.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
