We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities. English Fluency Must along with Computer Proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Manage the Guest Check In, Billing and Check Out.
Resolve Guest problems and maintain satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Manage Housekeeping Staff and oversee their work.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
