We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST to join our team HUHAHO to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist visitors by providing accurate information and guidance.
Maintain records, files, and visitor logs.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
