Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk of our car showroom. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience and directing visitors to the appropriate sales or service staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Maintain visitor records and customer inquiry logs.
Provide basic information about vehicles, offers, and showroom services.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer assistance.
Manage appointments for test drives and meetings.
Handle incoming mail, courier, and emails.
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
1–2 years experience in reception or customer service (preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Good customer handling and multitasking
