Job Description

Job Title: OPD Receptionist
Location: Sector-44 gurgaon

Job Summary:
The OPD Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations in the outpatient department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.

  • Schedule and manage doctor appointments.

  • Register new patients and update patient records in the system.

  • Answer phone calls and provide basic information about services and timings.

  • Collect consultation fees and issue receipts (if applicable).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for patient flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital software).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Polite, patient-friendly, and well-organized.

  • Previous experience in a clinic or hospital reception is a plus.

Working Hours:
As per hospital/clinic OPD timings.
