"Best Services" is a leading manufacturer and supplier specializing in industrial machinery, including Fiber Laser Marking machines, CO2 Laser Cutting machines, and UV Flatbed Printers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient professional to join our team and manage our front office operations.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Customer Handling: Welcome visitors and clients warmly, manage walk-ins, and ensure a professional office environment.

​Communication Management: Handle incoming calls professionally, address customer inquiries, and route them to the relevant team members.

​Computer Tasks: Perform daily office tasks including basic data entry, drafting emails, managing documents, and preparing basic price quotations using MS Office (Word/Excel).

​Office Administration: Manage meeting schedules, maintain filing systems, and assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

​Requirements:

​Communication Skills: Strong command of Hindi and English (both verbal and written).

​Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer operations and typing.

​Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers patiently and solve their queries effectively.

​Experience: 1–2 years of experience in reception or office administration is preferred (freshers with good communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply).
