Job Description: Office Coordinator

Location: Colony Mod, Old Railway Road, Gurgaon (Near Domino’s Pizza)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred
Joining: Immediate
Preference: Female Candidates Preferred


Role Summary

A growing organization in Gurgaon is looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage routine office operations and support internal coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of office management, and hands-on experience in handling documentation, customer coordination, and basic accounting tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotations to clients

  • Handle order processing and documentation

  • Coordinate with customers over calls and emails

  • Manage routine office coordination and administrative work

  • Work on Tally for purchase, sales, ledger entries, and reconciliation

  • Maintain records, reports, and office documentation

  • Support internal teams in daily operational activities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning


Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream or candidates pursuing graduation may also apply

  • 2–3 years of relevant office coordination experience preferred

  • Hands-on experience in office administration and coordination

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Email Communication

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
