Job Description: Office Coordinator
Location: Colony Mod, Old Railway Road, Gurgaon (Near Domino’s Pizza)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred
Joining: Immediate

Role Summary
A growing organization in Gurgaon is looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage routine office operations and support internal coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of office management, and hands-on experience in handling documentation, customer coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Handle order processing and documentation
Coordinate with customers over calls and emails
Manage routine office coordination and administrative work
Work on Tally for purchase, sales, ledger entries, and reconciliation
Maintain records, reports, and office documentation
Support internal teams in daily operational activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream or candidates pursuing graduation may also apply
2–3 years of relevant office coordination experience preferred
Hands-on experience in office administration and coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Email Communication
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good customer handling and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage office tasks efficiently
Immediate joiners preferred
