Title- Office Admin Location - Baner Budget - Upto 2.4 LPA 1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping/office boy activities.
Conduct regular checks on work areas, pantry, and meeting rooms.
2. CCTV & Security
Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.
Maintain CCTV logs and coordinate repairs with vendors when required.
3. Inventory, Devices & Documentation
Maintain and update records for all office devices (laptops, access cards, equipment).
Track issuance and return of office assets.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory, stock levels, and asset movement.
Conduct stock checks and raise purchase requests when needed.
4. Vendor Management
Manage all office vendors — CCTV, IT, housekeeping, stationery, courier, maintenance, etc.
Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure service-level adherence.
Handle vendor documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
5. Event Support & Coordination
Source and finalize vendors for office events, celebrations, and meetings.
Coordinate event logistics, setups, purchases, and requirements.
Ensure seamless execution of internal events.
6. IT & Laptop Repair Coordination
laptops, systems, or office devices.
Take devices outside for repair if required
7. Outdoor Work & Procurement
Travel outside the office to purchase necessary office supplies, hardware, or emergency items.
Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and repairs when required.
Maintain bills, receipts, and proper expense records for all purchases.
8. Building Management Coordination
Coordinate with building management for facility issues, access cards, maintenance, and security.
9. Communication & Front Desk Support
Handle visitor management, courier/parcel handling, and front-desk activities.
Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
