Job Responsibilities
Keeping and maintaining employee records up to date ( Physical and Digital Records).
Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, train reservations, and domestic/international flight bookings.
Organise, store and print office documents as needed.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Order office supplies and also research new deals and suppliers.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintaining the contact list of vendors.
Responsible for maintaining the attendance of the employees.
Directly Reporting to the MD.
Key Skills / Requirements
Must have 2 wheeler conveyance.
Decent English Communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to organise, and prioritise work.
Should be a people person.
Good time management and negotiation skills.
Should have basic knowledge of Google Sheets (Excel).
