Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest receives a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Manage guest seating and table reservations.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.

- Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.

- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience.

- Support special occasions, celebrations, and VIP guest handling.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

- Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills.

- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or customer service is preferred.

- Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is an advantage.
