Requirements:
1) Oversees daily business operations and ensuring a company runs efficiently.
2) To manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain supplies, and assist with bookkeeping.
3) Act as the central point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors.
4) Greet visitors, answer and make phone calls, and respond to emails or mail in a timely manner.
5) Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments.
6) Arrange meetings is smart and mature way.
7) To be quick in managing question and situations by the best of his/her intelligence and decision-making scenario.
8) Oversee the physical workspace, liaise with building management, and ensure equipment is functioning.
9) Help track office budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
10) Keep digital databases updated with vendor, client, operational data and other requirements as by the office.
11) Perform Secretarial duties by managing teams meeting calendar on daily basis.
12) Technology savvy. Should be aware of operating OS MS Office and Net based MS Office on Google. Strong in secondary research with key words.
13) Honesty, Transparency, Genuineness, Truthful, Clarity of thoughts and integrity – Must be a strong team player.
