Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests courteously upon arrival.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Executive in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems will be an advantage.
