Job Description

  • Welcome and register the guests according to the procedure.

  • Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible.

  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservation when necessary.

  • Promptly notify housekeeping of all the late check out, early check in and special requests

  • File and post all charges to guests.

  • Follow the message handling procedures.

  • Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.

  • Give suggestions and comments to superior.

  • Follow Hygiene regulation and policy of the hotel.

  • Verify if all expenses have been charged on the bills of the guest and their amount

  • Prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operations.

  • Follow all the messages contained in the logbook.

  • Amusement park Entry coordination.

  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

  • Should have knowledge in IDS / WINHMS software
