Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments

  • Maintain patient records and basic data entry

  • Handle billing coordination or direct patients to concerned staff

  • Assist doctors and staff with administrative tasks when required


Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)

  • Any educational qualification

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

  • Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)

  • Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Basic understanding of clinic/hospital environment (optional)

  • Strong interpersonal skills
