Job Description

We are looking for a presentable and professional female candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and welcoming experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk register

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments

  • Assist with basic administrative and office tasks

  • Manage courier services, dispatches, and general inquiries

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times


Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred

  • Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance

  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
