We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at SNEH CONSTRUCTIONS to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers growth opportunities on the basis of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
