Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage our front desk and act as the first point of contact for clients and customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and billing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle call follow-ups.
Maintain appointment schedules and manage client interactions.
Perform basic billing and data entry tasks using Excel and other computer applications.
Maintain records of client interactions, payments, and inquiries.
Support administrative tasks and office operations as needed.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
