🎯 Key Responsibilities
👩💼 HR Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees
Manage leave records, payroll coordination support
Handle basic employee queries and engagement activities
🏢 Reception / Front Desk Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend visitors, clients, and candidates
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and front desk register
Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
Handle courier, dispatch, and office communication
Ensure reception area is clean and professional
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
💼 Experience
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
⭐ Preferred (Transport Industry Advantage)
Knowledge of transport/logistics operations
