Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Front Office Executive to manage reception duties, handle client communication, and support digital documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain front desk operations and office coordination
Work on MS Excel for data entry, record maintenance, and reporting
Assist in digital form processing (e.g., DSC applications, documentation handling)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Maintain proper records of clients and daily activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Female candidate only
Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Ability to handle calls and client interactions professionally
Organized, punctual, and responsible
Prior experience in front office or customer handling preferred
