Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of front office or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office
