We’re looking for an organized, smart, and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage daily operations and keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda drafting and minute-taking.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the executive.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with personal tasks and errands when required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
