Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and handle front office responsibilities efficiently. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and should possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Assist HR and Administration team with daily operational tasks.
Maintain office cleanliness and reception decorum.
Handle courier services, inward/outward documents, and dispatch records.
Support employee attendance and basic administrative coordination.
Ensure proper communication between departments.
Maintain stationery and office supplies inventory.
Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good personality and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Polite, disciplined, and customer-service oriented attitude.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Diploma or certification in Administration/Front Office is an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Administration preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
