Key Responsibilities
● Attend, screen, and route incoming telephone calls professionally.
● Track and manage all incoming and outgoing couriers, and update the sales team regarding client deliveries.
● Maintain office ambience, including managing background music in common areas. ● Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping and other administrative staff. ● Welcome visitors and customers, and coordinate their meetings with the sales team.
● Monitor and maintain the housekeeping checklist to ensure a clean and organized workplace.
● Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for employees.
● Manage office stationery inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
● Collect customer feedback after meetings with the sales team and share it with the concerned department.
● Check, organize, and maintain product samples, ensuring adequate stock is always available.
● Manage employee attendance through both the Manual Attendance Register and the Biometric system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
● Perform general administrative and front office responsibilities as assigned.
