Job Responsibilities:
Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex, frequently changing calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics
Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD, internal staff Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and draft correspondence Meeting Coordination: Organize board meetings, take minutes (MoM), and track action items for follow-up Administrative Support: Manage expenses, process bills, handle confidential documents, and oversee special projects Required Skills: Must have advanced knowledge of MS excel, and basic knowledge of MS word & powerpoint.
Must be tech savvy & have good overall computer skills.
Must be able to communicate in English & hindi and have excellent written & verbal communication skills Should have basic skills of using Artificial intelligence or must be willing to learn Artificial intelligence. Must have Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
