Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office support activities and maintain smooth office operations. The candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and ready to take initiative in assisting staff and maintaining office cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Handle file movement, photocopying, and scanning of documents.

• Maintain office cleanliness, pantry, and washroom hygiene.

• Assist in packing, courier dispatch, and delivery of office documents when required.

• Manage basic office supplies (stationery, refreshments, etc.) and report stock shortages.

• Help administrative and HR staff in routine work.

• Handle small errands within or outside the office premises.

• Ensure lights, fans, and systems are switched off after office hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Basic understanding of reading and writing in Hindi or English.

• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

• Should be well-mannered, disciplined, and honest.

• Must be punctual and reliable.

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
