Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.

• Assist in handling office errands such as document deliveries, photocopying, filing, and scanning.

• Support administrative and HR teams in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.

• Manage reception area cleanliness and assist in guest handling when needed.

• Handle basic messenger duties within and outside the office premises.

• Ensure that all utilities (AC, lights, fans, etc.) are properly turned off at the end of the day.

• Assist during internal meetings, office events, and staff gatherings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Prior experience as an office boy, peon, or housekeeping staff (preferred but not mandatory).

• Well-groomed, punctual, and polite with good interpersonal behavior.

• Basic understanding of office environment and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to handle tasks responsibly and follow instructions accurately.
