The Office Boy is responsible for routine office tasks that ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. He supports staff by maintaining office cleanliness, handling clerical duties, and assisting in basic errands such as filing, photocopying, and delivery of documents. He also manages refreshments and maintains hygiene in the office pantry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean the office premises daily including desks, floors, pantry, and toilets.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests as required.

• Handle external and internal document delivery and collection.

• Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and other clerical tasks.

• Organize and manage files, documents, and office supplies.

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before and after meetings.

• Support staff with basic office errands.

• Maintain office hygiene and monitor pantry stock.
