Staff Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per medical guidelines.

• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.

• Monitor patients’ health conditions, administer medicines, and maintain proper records.

• Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control in the healthcare facility.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and preventive care.

• Handle emergency situations with efficiency and care.

• Maintain medical equipment and ensure availability of necessary supplies.

Requirements:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM (recognized institute).

• Valid registration with State Nursing Council.

• Prior experience in hospital/clinic setting preferred (freshers may also apply).

• Compassionate, patient-friendly, and good communication skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
