Staff Nurse

Perform Phlebotomy & Basic Clinical Tasks

• Conduct blood draws and sample collection with accuracy and care

• Record vitals such as BP, temperature, and basic health parameters

Prepare Members for Consultation

• Guide and prepare members before doctor interactions

• Ensure all required information and samples are ready

Assist Doctors During Consults

• Support doctors during examinations and procedures

• Ensure smooth flow and timely closure of consultations

Ensure Patient Comfort & Experience

• Handle members with empathy, especially during procedures like blood draw

• Create a calm and reassuring clinical environment

Maintain Clinical Hygiene & Protocols

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms

Support End-to-End Consultation Flow

• Help complete patient interactions and close consultations efficiently

• Coordinate with other teams for seamless experience

Skills & Qualification

• GNM / BSc Nursing qualification

• 2–5 years of clinical or hospital experience

• Proficiency in phlebotomy and basic nursing procedures

• Strong communication and patient-handling skills

• Attention to detail and hygiene standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Empathetic and calm under pressure
