Role Overview

As a Medical Representative at Mardamed, you will be the face of our brand in the field — building lasting relationships with medical professionals, promoting our portfolio of medical products and services, and contributing directly to our mission of improving healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market Mardamed's products and services to doctors, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.

Meet a minimum of 12 healthcare professionals daily, fostering strong and trust-based relationships.

Execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily call reports, doctor databases, and activity logs.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure prompt and professional service to patients and healthcare partners, including timely follow-through on queries and commitments.

Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to gather feedback on Mardamed's products and services.

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to communicate field requirements and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Qualifications

Any graduate (Science background preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience in medical, pharma, or diagnostic marketing is an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work in the field.

Basic proficiency in maintaining reports and documentation.
