Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team at Horizon Prime Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per medical instructions and nursing protocols.

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately.

• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

• Support patient and family education regarding health maintenance and recovery.

• Perform duties as per rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
