Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Assist the dentist during procedures including restorations, RCT, extractions, impressions, and cosmetic treatments.
Prepare and organize dental instruments, materials, and operatories before and after procedures.
Ensure strict infection control and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.
Take and develop dental impressions, digital scans, or X-rays (if certified).
Maintain patient comfort throughout treatment and anticipate the dentist’s needs.
Patient Management
Greet and prepare patients for treatment with a calm, friendly approach.
Explain pre-op and post-op instructions clearly.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes (as instructed by the dentist).
Clinic Operations
Manage inventory of dental materials and coordinate with labs for case pick-ups and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all clinical zones.
Support reception and chairside scheduling when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, but freshers with strong willingness to learn are welcome.
Basic understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols.
Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
