Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives.
Key Skills Required:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of HRMS or Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Willingness to learn and adapt
