Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote ERP solutions for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other manufacturing sectors across PAN India.
Create engaging and industry-relevant content (posts, case studies, infographics, videos) highlighting product benefits, client success stories, and technology updates.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align social media strategies with business goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
