
We are hiring for the Athena-ORM (Social Media – Online Reputation Management) Process, which involves 80% Online Reputation Management and 20% Voice Support. The role requires monitoring and managing brand presence across social media platforms, responding to customer reviews, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring positive customer engagement to maintain the company’s online reputation. Candidates will also handle inbound/outbound calls as required to resolve escalations and provide effective customer support. Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong comprehension, social media awareness, and a customer-centric approach.
