We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive with experience in the paint or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, handling distributors, and promoting company products in the assigned territory.
Develop and expand dealer & distributor network in assigned territory
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Conduct market visits to retailers, contractors, builders & architects
Generate new business leads and maintain client relationships
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers/distributors
Plan and execute promotional activities & branding campaigns
Maintain daily sales reports and submit MIS to management
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of decorative & industrial paints
Market analysis and territory management
Relationship building with dealers & contractors
Target-oriented & self-motivated
Graduate in any field (MBA Marketing preferred)
1–5 years experience in Paint / Building Material / FMCG Sales
