FPA Role:
§ Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and provide an excellent customer experience
§ Present and sell bullion & coins products confidently, with accurate product knowledge
§ Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions.
§ Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
§ Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
§ Ensure the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store meet brand standards.
§ Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
§ Coordinate with team members and report to the Store Manager.
System and Control Role:
§ Maintain and update client database (CRM/Excel/ERP) with accurate customer details.
§ Ensure proper documentation for each transaction (KYC, invoices, receipts).
§ Follow SOPs for handling client queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
§ Avoid misrepresentation of product specifications, pricing, or returns
§ Qualification – HSC or graduate in any filed, Diploma/ Specialization course in jewellery or retail,
Insurance preferred.
§ Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to effectively communicate with senior management.
§ Good understanding of system and technology.
§ Deep understanding of sales, customer service, and budgeting processes.
§ Ability to think strategically and develop long-term sales achievement plans.
