We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across India and international markets. This role is ideal for someone who has driven brand growth in startups, agri-tech, sustainability, or impact-driven sectors.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals
✅ Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and consistent messaging
✅ Lead digital marketing initiatives – social media, content, email campaigns
✅ Plan and manage ATL/BTL activities including exhibitions & rural activations
✅ Handle PR, media outreach, press releases & thought leadership
✅ Coordinate with agencies, designers, and cross-functional teams
✅ Track KPIs, ROI, and continuously optimize marketing campaigns
🎯 Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
✔ 5–8 years of experience in marketing/brand leadership roles
✔ Strong experience in digital marketing & multi-channel campaigns
✔ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO basics, email marketing
✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
