Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for sale or development opportunities within Coimbatore district.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual land sale targets.
Handle direct sales, investor meetings, and coordinate with brokers or channel partners.
Conduct site visits with potential buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual buyers, developers, industrial clients, and institutional investors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and transparent processes.
Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence, land title verification, and registration processes.
Ensure all documentation complies with RERA, local government, and company standards.
