🎯Job Title: Marketing Manager

🌟Responsibilities :-

✅Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

✅Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.

✅Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, etc.).

✅Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

✅Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with the marketing team, including designers, writers, and digital marketers.

✅Content Creation Oversight: Supervise the creation of marketing content including blogs, ads, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

✅Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.

✅Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

✅Collaboration with Sales Team: Align marketing efforts with sales goals to drive revenue.

✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

✅Experience in food, travel, or NGO sector.

✅Knowledge of both online & offline marketing.

✅Strong understanding of social media & digital tools.

✅Ability to create and manage campaigns.

✅Team management experience.

✅Data analysis and reporting abilities.

✅4–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
