Marketing Head

We are looking for a Marketing Head to join our team at Barish to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & run digital ad campaigns (Meta/Google) with clear ROI.

Create & track KPIs, prepare regular performance reports.

Manage social media strategy, posting & promotions.

Plan & execute events, theme nights & promotions.

Source & manage bands, DJs, influencers & brand collabs.

Build buzz, increase recognition & generate real revenue.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

Graduate / pursuing graduation.

Experience in hospitality/nightlife marketing.

Knowledge of performance marketing & influencer management.

Strong network, creativity & execution skills.
