Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager cum Project Manager to handle end-to-end brand operations and sales management across e-commerce platforms. The candidate will act as the primary POC for brands, manage sales projections, performance reports, and ensure daily accountability for all brand activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main POC for multiple e-commerce brands.

Take full accountability for daily brand operations and coordination.

Prepare and manage sales projections, DPRs, and performance reports on Excel.

Analyze ad spends, ACOS, ROI, returns, and net sales across marketplaces.

Collaborate with brand teams to ensure smooth project execution and growth.

Monitor performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce account or project management.

Strong mathematical and Excel skills (formulas, projections, ROI, data analysis).

Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.

Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
