We are seeking a passionate, street-smart, and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our brand across Mysore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in co-working space sales, interior projects, or real estate-based B2B/B2C marketing. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, client visits, partnerships, and on-ground brand building that drives occupancy and project sales.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and close leads for co-working spaces, commercial interiors, and renovation projects.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and property/site tours.

• Develop local marketing strategies to attract startups, freelancers, and SMEs to our co-working hubs.

• Build strong B2B partnerships with real estate agents, architects, and property consultants.

• Coordinate with the design and operations team to understand project scope and deliver client proposals.

• Track daily leads, pipeline, and conversion ratios using CRM tools.

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, promotions, and local events.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for market positioning.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets with accountability and discipline.

📊 Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven field experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1–3 years).

• Exposure to co-working, real estate, or interior design industries preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
