We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for Lithium inverters, batteries, and solar energy solutions within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, channel management, and project sales, ensuring both revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
Drive sales growth for inverters, batteries, and solar projects in the assigned area.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and EPC partners.
Identify and secure opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Prepare and implement sales plans, forecasts, and reports.
Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Ensure timely collections and credit discipline.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to support strategy.
Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, and regional marketing initiatives.
2–5 years of proven experience in the power backup/solar/renewable industry.
Strong understanding of solar power systems, batteries, and inverter solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
