About Us:
Derma Defyn is one of India’s fastest-growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic chains. We offer advanced skin, hair and anti-aging treatments delivered by expert dermatologists.

Responsibilities:

Conduct field marketing activities around nearby markets, societies, gyms, salons and corporates.
Distribute flyers, brochures, coupons and engage potential customers.
Build partnerships with salons, gyms, cafés, PGs and corporate offices.
Organize micro-events, kiosks and on-ground promotions to generate leads.
Explain basic clinic services (training will be provided).
Collect customer data and share qualified leads with the clinic team.
Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.
Support local branding and visibility activities.

Requirements:

0–3 years experience in field marketing/sales/promotions (freshers can apply).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable interacting with people and working on-field.
Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of skin/hair services is a plus.
