Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hardware & Construction Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our range of hardware and construction products in the Bhopal region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing market strategies, building dealer/distributor networks, and increasing brand visibility among contractors, builders, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the Bhopal area.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, architects, and builders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and field activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for product positioning.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and marketing reports to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of construction materials, hardware products, and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in marketing/sales of hardware, construction, or building materials.
Must have good knowledge of the local Bhopal market and nearby regions.
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (with a valid driving license).
Note: Experience in Hardware and construction products (Preferred)
