Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Thakur Job Consultant to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

2. Verify billing details, purchase orders, delivery challans, and contracts.

3. Maintain billing records and ensure all data is updated in the system (ERP/Tally/Software).

4. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing-related queries.

5 Follow up with clients for payment confirmation and rectify billing discrepancies.

6. Ensure GST, tax calculations, and other statutory requirements are correctly applied.

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

8. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes.

9. Support the accounts team in reconciliation of accounts and ledger entries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience.

The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Ability to work under deadlines.
