The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies for both cosmetic and pharmaceutical product lines. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations as well as beauty industry trends. The candidate should be capable of handling product promotions, brand awareness campaigns, digital marketing, and market research to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for skincare, personal care, and pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and vendors.
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Skills:
1–4 years of experience in marketing (experience in cosmetics, derma, or pharmaceutical products preferred).
Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
