Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach, mobilization drives, and awareness campaigns to promote the EV Skilling Program.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through field visits, partnerships with local institutions, and networking with community groups.

• Conduct counseling sessions for prospective candidates and their families to explain program benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates to ensure timely enrollment and participation.

• Coordinate with the training team to plan and execute enrollment activities and orientation sessions.

• Maintain accurate data on outreach activities, leads, enrollments, and conversion rates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as per program goals.

• Support placement and post-training follow-ups where required.

• Represent the organization professionally in community events, job fairs, and meetings.
